For those, who prefer a closer contact with the wild nature of Maremma, we offer the possibility of making walks of various duration, starting from one hour till one or more days, with expert guides. Trekking is open to everyone, children and adults, experts and beginners.
Here the various itineraries that we offer:
One hour walk:

Route to the farm “La Parrina”, going through olive groves, vine yards, Mediterranean wood, watching the amazing view on the seaside, Monte Argentario and the islands.

Two hours walk:
- Route to the farm “La Parrina”
- oute to the WWF oasis of the lagoon of Orbetello in Patanella, charming walk, during which it is possible to watch lots of species of aquatic birds and fishes of the lagoon of Orbetello.

Half day walk:
- Panoramic route to the ruins of St. Angelo Benedictine abbey, dated back to the IX century, surrounded with the wonderful Mediterranean wood. Lunch will be with grill and typical local products; then the descent along the path overhanging the lagoon, from where one can see Monte Argentario and the islands.
- or more romantic people: walk to the farm “La Parrina” by the plenilune, with wines tasting and dinner with typical and organic products of the farm.

One day walk:
- By the “Fontanile dei Caprai” near Capalbio: wonderful route through traditions and wild animals, with refreshment at the restaurant “Fontanile dei Caprai”, where you can find typical courses and tastes of the traditional cooking of Maremma.
